Movement combined with laughter literally speaks to our nervous system.

Motion creates emotion. When we laugh, pretend and play, feel good hormones called endorphins are released, thus, decreasing the release of our fight or flight hormone, cortisol. If too much cortisol is present in your system for an extended period of time, your immune system has the potential to become exhausted, thus, the cells in our body are more susceptible for deterioration and disease, including the epidemic of autoimmune diseases.

Prolonged stress is a risk factor for the development of all major diseases, including heart disease and cancer.

It’s true. Many diseases are result of a lack of oxygen. Emotional and physical strain can create an environment for a decrease of oxygen in the body. Why not embrace a journey to greater health by forming habits that are guaranteed to provide your body with more oxygen thus, higher potential of ammunition against disease manifesting in your body?

These are two critical elements of the maintenance of our immune system, extending directly to the health of immune systems and structure of our families and communities as a whole for generations.
